B.10  BOARD RESPONSIBILITIES Policy: The Red River Valley School Division Board of Trustees is accountable to the citizens of The Red River Valley School Division. Protocol: The Board shall govern the affairs of the School Division through written policies, the Board Strategic plan and within the framework of its by-laws, Provincial legislation and applicable standards.
