B.15    LEGISLATIVE PRECEDENCE   Policy: The Red River Valley School Division Board of Trustees acknowledges that, Provincial and/or Federal Legislation will take precedence over any Red River Valley School Division Policy. Protocol: Legislation that will take precedence includes (but is not limited to): The Public Schools Act (MB) The Education Administration Act (MB) The Workplace Safety & Health Act (MB) The Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (MB) The Personal Health Information Act (MB) The Canadian Human Rights Act (CDA) Procedure: Any conflict that arises must be reported to the Superintendent & CEO who will bring that information to the Policy Committee at their next regularly scheduled meeting.
