B.9 ROLE OF BOARD COMMITTEES
Policy:
The Red River Valley School Division Board of Trustees uses a committee structure for the purpose of reinforcing the wholeness of the Board’s role.
Protocol:
Board Committees have an advisory function to the Board. Board Committees do not act for the Board unless such authority is formally delegated, is time-limited, and is for specific purposes.
