3.1 BREACH OF RECORDS MANAGEMENT
Policy:
Every breach of the Records Management policy will result in a written reprimand by the administrator or his designate. Evidence of reprimand will be kept in the employee’s file.
Depending on the severity of the breach or in the event of repetitive breaches of the policy the Superintendent will be advised and the Administrator may make a recommendation ranging from a one day suspension without pay up to and including an action of dismissal.
