E.4 HIGH SCHOOL GRADUATION
Policy:
The Red River Valley School Division Board of Trustees believes in supporting Divisional Schools with their Grade 12 Graduation expenditures.
Protocol:
The Red River Valley School Division will provide diploma holders for divisional high school graduates.
The Red River Valley School Division will also provide a contribution towards graduation ceremonies based on the expected number of graduates as follows::
1 to 10 graduates $75
11 to 20 graduates $100
21 to 50 graduates $175
Over 51 graduates $250
Additional graduation expenses will be the responsibility of the graduates, school and/or graduation committee.
Procedure:
Requests for this contribution must be received in writing to the Superintendent & CEO. Once received and approved, a cheque will be sent directly to the school.
