F.11 VEHICLES ILLEGALLY PASSING SCHOOL BUS
Policy:
The Red River Valley School Division Board of Trustees believes in the reporting of any vehicle that has illegally passed a Divisional school bus.
Protocol:
If a school bus driver witnesses a vehicle passing a school bus which has its stop lights flashing and stop sign extended, a report must be made as soon as possible to the Transportation Supervisor and to the local RCMP.
Procedure:
The report will contain as much of the following information as possible:
- Vehicle License Plate Number
- Vehicle Make and Model
- Date of the incident
- Time of the Incident
- Location of the Incident
