H.22   ADMINISTRATION OFFICE EI REBATE


Policy:

The Red River Valley School Division Board of Trustees supports Employment Rebate monies being returned to the Administration office employees as a group.

Protocol:

Those monies will be kept in a fund and used at the employees’ discretion.

Procedure:

The administrator of the fund will be appointed by the Administration Office employees as a group.

Employees to be included in this group are:

Superintendent & CEO
Assistant Superintendent
Secretary-Treasurer
Transportation Supervisor
Maintenance Supervisor
Human Resources Coordinator
Workplace Safety & Health Coordinator
Assistant Secretary-Treasurer
Senior Payroll Officer
Junior Payroll Clerk
Payables Personnel
Administrative Assistant, Student Services Department
Administrative Assistant, Transportation
Administrative Assistant, Superintendent Department
