I.18  DONATED PLAYGROUND / RECREATIONAL EQUIPMENT Policy: Any donated equipment intended for use by students of The Red River Valley School Division must meet stringent CSA safety standards. All donated equipment will become the property of the division.  It will be at the discretion of the division whether to accept/ refuse and/or maintain the donated item(s).          The intent is not to hamper praiseworthy local generosity and initiative, but rather to ensure the safety of the young people who subsequently use that equipment.
