K.3 ADVERTISING
Policy:
Red River Valley School Division Board of Trustees respects the need to advertise in our communities. All advertising, which may include sponsorship to local community events, will be approved directly by the Superintendent and CEO.
Protocol:
Written requests for advertising will be directed to the Superintendent and CEO. It will be the Superintendent and CEO’s responsibility to stay within the allotted yearly budget to a maximum in any school year of $1,500.00.
Procedure:
Superintendent and CEO will direct the Finance Department to pay for any approved advertising.
